Topstyle 'full-time'?

Who does topstype 'fulltime'?... That is, using topstyle for everything. I find the new interface pretty nice and the tools pretty much improved ( just upgraded to topstyle 3 from 2 ) and think its suitable for 'full-time' coding ( except db coding )...

Who thinks its suitable for alltime coding and which only use it sometimes after a site has been done halfway... and then use it to tweak and do some minor adjustments?

P.S : And is dreamweaver beaver?

Yep I use it fulltime. It has 'ok' support for php so it suits my needs.

not sure how or why you'd want to use it when a site is half built?

Dreamweaver MX 2004 lets u display what CSS stuff you put in real-time. That is, everything is styled and you can see almost immediately the effect. However, if you were in MX, the older version, you'll need to hit the 'preview' button. MX 2004, the prob is, doesn't do a good job displaying CSS as it would appear in a browser real time.

Then what's the point? Always always always preview in a browser to be sure...

Dreamweaver still uses a different rendering engine for it's preview which means css might/will not look as it should.

Topstyle doesn't.

Yes; Thats what I'm trying to say! I need the same rendering engine as what my visitor is using ( that is, a browser's rendering engine ). Dreamweaver uses its own rendering engine and there's no option for a 'preview' tab or anything. Thats why its very troublesome to work with css files in 'beaver'.

Even in DW, F12/alt+F12 (preview in browser/secondary browser) takes only a second or two to use.
How much trouble can that be?

If you're using relative positioning, you'll easily get fed up with dreamweaver. Dreamweaver doesn't render pages as it should ... at all. Its troublesome to keep on changing positioning values and not knowing how they will turn out until you preview it. Besides, IE and Netscape are both VERY slow browsers.
