I recently started using another PC to work on and it is moving extremely slow. So I did what most people do and run a defragmentaion. Once it was completed it had looked like nothing at all had changed.

So I looked at what the problem was and I have found that most of the fragmented files are in the "recycler" folder. Does anyone know how to access it? I may need some step by step directions because this PC is in Japanese characters.
