Hey everyone Im having a problem with photoshop cs. My blacks and shades of gray seem to be showing as brown, and all of the other colours also dont look as they should. Im thinking its from my color mangement but I have no real idea. Its not my monitor because illustrator and everything else looks fine. Any advice? Thanks.

Yup, color management should be it. Try setting photoshop back to default and see what happens.
