Hi peeps,
I have a question about word on the mac. first of all... dont worry, I am not designing flyers and posters with wordart and clipart. I have had a lot of clients asking for templates to be created in word and up till now have been having no problems with creating an A4 jpg in Quark/Photoshop and dropping the image in as a watermark or header and footer.

The 2 main drawbacks are that:
a. the image appears washed out (but prints fine) and
b. any new page I create carries over the same image.

Yesterday I downloaded a form from the net and it was in word format. When I opened it there were images that were not washed out and completly locked and they were different on each page.

I have searched and searched and tried to hack the .doc to no avail, can someone shed some light?
