Synergy

Just setup Synergy and am controlling three monitors with one keyboard/mouse - so handy.

Available for OSX/Win and opensource

the server is plugged into my plasma, i use it to play HD films etc. currently have to mess around plugging the keyboard in etc, would be great if it works so i can use the laptop.
