FileZilla all the way.

One thing I don't get is why it never saves the configuration of my personalised settings, like which windows to display. It's the same over three different computer configurations.

Or the command line. That comes from college, where very few PCs had CuteFTP on them, buy access to the command line was pretty easy.

I like smart ftp best, I used it for like over a year now, and I haven't had many problems, but flashfxp is a good on also.
