Don't know how many of you have seen this but I got the link from someone else awhile ago I have been playing around with the program it is actually really nice it is supposed to be like a replacement for MSPaint like Notepad2 is a Preplacement for Notepad. But check it out..

Is it slow?

.NET is a runtime virtual machine. So I guess Paint.NET is not run using machine code.
