Seen this?

http://www.flock.com/home/

New browser.. if you're "exclusive" enough to be selected to try it out.

Yeah, seen it. Not sure what to think. I'll withhold judgement.

Why would you be building a browser and have pictures of yourself on the internet wearing firefox t shirt.

Haha, I was thinking about the same thing.

Apparently, Flock is a "social browser" - which I guess means it's geared toward the blogger crowd? Not sure what they mean by that.

It won't end. I'm getting kind of tired of it all, too. All this "Web 2.0" nonsense - technorati tags, pingbacks, trackbacks, social networking, "iPod-like user experience", organizing with "tags" as opposed to directories (this absolutely doesn't make sense to me).

None of it really makes sense to me. I tried to get on the bandwagon, but it's getting difficult. I'm beginning to be repelled. I have enough going on with a full-time jobs, a few sites to keep an eye on, a project now and then, real-live friends, girlfriend (someday...), and the rest of it.

Gives me a headache.

I downloaded and installed it and... It's Firefox, with a couple of extensions and a skin. How disappointing. What is this "tags" business about that you get with delicious and so on? It all seems like a complete waste of time to me. PGO, I'm with you on all that. It's bollocks. I don't have that many bookmarks that I can't find what I'm looking for. And I don't have the time to start "tagging" them for other people's benefit.

del.icio.us is nice. I've found quite a number of great bookmarks I wouldn't have otherwise.

good for searching for sure, p.i.t.a. organizing your own area. But, I do use it.

the reason im against del.icio.us is that its my main competition for a site im building, and its getting bigger by the day which will make my job harder!
