I've often wondered the same thing.

However, there are two solutions. You can use del.icio.us to store/find/share bookmarks.

Otherwise - what I do is I export my bookmarks (in Firefox, but IE can do it too) to an HTML file and email the file to myself and import it at work. Should be cross-platform, cross-browser compatible method that requires that you actually do something. It takes all of 1 minute.

If you use firefox, I've been using the synchronise bookmarks extension for a few weeks. Works really well. Do a search on mozilla for "bookmark synchroniser". I'll find the link in a bit. Works really well.

About to say what Trans said, FF Sync extension sends your Fav's in an XML file which you place online when you choose (it is in the settings), then just put the same info in and update at home.

Easy as pie. Mmmm pie....

Oh, neat. I'll have to check that out when I get home. The admin here doesn't keep anything updated. Still on FF1.0, so I can't view anything on mozilla.org - it wants me to upgrade, but I can't since I don't have administrator access, which makes it so I couldn't even install an extension if I wanted to.
