not bad
main transitions could be smoother, pixel fonts are blurry on galleries menu, like type - dont think you need to repeat the about etc though? the first typeface is clear enough

i dig. would like to see some interraction on the buttons within the galleries and maybe an indication of how far you're along that line.

food shots have made me hungry.

nice.

Agree with brown on the buttons.
Agree with gray on the transitions - maybe just up the frame rate to 25fps?

Other than that, good job

Frame rate is like 35fps. Still a bit jiddery, I am going to use some fun AS2.0 I just picked up in the Flash Hacks book of O'Reilly and redo the animations in actionscript.

Next step is to change up the thumbnails, thanks for solidifying that for me - beyond that changing the site to XHTML or HTML is bleak just because it is easier to copy images that way. Granted Alt+PrintScreen works but not too many people know about it - thus it partially protects my client from copyright issues with people stealing her work.

Thanks again for the warm response, I have 3 sites for 3 different restaurants lauching Monday - had 2 weeks to complete them, hopefully I can get some more suggestions then...

Peace.
