Initial reaction from a quick look.

Too many fonts with different sizes, colours, faces.

News page seems very dense with info, which although is great because it looks like it's being updated, is overwhelming as the first page on the site. Perhaps a few pics or blocks of background colour to break it up?

General design seems nice.

I've tweaked the font colours a bit to soften it up, the header sizing is to represent their levels as h2, h3 and h4, I'll think about putting some colour in the right column of the news page.

Do something with the navigation...the font is horrible. Kill it, Kill it with a firey stick of fire death!

I think that the content area (the big white box) is too cluttered and, like so-and-so said, there's too many variations in weight, color, and such, but not enough in size.

Seems like that area wasn't too well considered - it doesn't look very structured.

It is very hard to focus on something on the main page,
you've got about six fonts on the page, which I think it's
too much.

Other than that, it's clean, not too colorful, which is easy on
the eyes, but really it does not make me think of music.

Yeh I agree, I'll keep playing around with it. Not sure yet how to do it, will sort something, cheers!
