very easy to navigate, so that i like

extreme drop-shadow, uninteresting header & dodgy code are the negatives

I agree with the photography, it's a diy back of the office job, is there anything about the code that stands out as being particularly dodgy, I can't get better until i know whats wrong

I agree with cam for the most part. The header I don't mind so much, since it fits with the theme/style of the rest of the site. And the code isn't that bad - just seems like a bit much.

Altogether, looks nice.

validate your code, so it won't be dodgy anymore.

That being said I like its simplicity and the ease of navigation. But this has already been said

The navigation is brilliant, I love the portfolio menu where you can switch how the links are grouped, really cool. In general it's just really well organised and easy to use, thumbs up!

Code wise, yeh there's a few classes and <divs> that on glance you probably don't need but I wouldn't worry too much...it's not tables!

looks good, the portfolio navigation works well.

One thing I would change though is the content font. Maybe make it slightly smaller, user verdana or the same font as this site uses and then use some CSS to put a bit of vertical space between the lines to make it look a bit clearer.

ps: is that Fr Dowling from "Father Dowling investigates" in your avatar?!

I was devastated when Dowling didn't get the Pope gig ahead of Ratzinger
