What is it? A comic book where each frame is done by different people and you only get to see one frame every week or so?

yeah... that about sums it up.

I'm still deciding on the regular deadlines to be honest. It's a week at the moment as this was the appropriate amount of time for people to work on their submissions.

Do you not think it works?

Loving the shai hullud photo's on your site btw...awesome closeups.

Thanks a lot Mike! That section is getting a bit old now, we need to take some more photos but don't have much time lately I'm glad you like those though, thanks.

I think what threw me a bit was there was no archive I could find, or is this one the first? Have a look at http://www.nothingnice.com which is a (really good) online comic which has a new strip every week. I really like the way they do it, if this is the same kind of thing you're looking to do, maybe this'll help?

Good luck!

J

Shai Hullud are awesome musicians... you seem to have caught the energy and the such...

No it's a totally new adventure.. so the archive will be implemented with the first batch of designs... perhaps I need to add a dummy one in there to give people an idea.

Nothing nice is great, I've read it for a while now... Some great strips... I love the humour, if though sometimes a bit "musically elitest". But I think that's satirically intentional...

I like the idea, it also has been done on the conceptart.org forums, but has had an unfortunate end.
I hope your venture will do fine though

Cheers Boss. I couldn't find the work on the conceptart.org... (link?)

But from that site it looks very polished and of high standard, I want to run something EVERYONE can enjoy and just get anyone who likes drawing interested... More doodles less render. x

sorry I don't remember where it is either
I ran across it last summer, but I think they dropped it in the end It was something like what you have in mind, everyone could take part, which was the main cause of its failure I think. But since you will be "filtering" (as far as I understand) to some extent the sumbissions, that should work out ok, right?

Cheers

Cheers!

That's what I'm hoping! The thing is... I don't want to get too picky about the submissions either... I'd rather people have their own input and make it a collective experience. People decide on the path and direction... Perhaps I should set up a forum to inspire debate?

You still need to impose some guidelines, maybe if you set up a forum, open a suggestion thread or something to decide the development of the story, I don't know.

I like it. But your ticket thing needs a bit of work. Where do I click to get a ticket? You should make the ticket image itself a email link.

If you like it Pink and Fluffy, you'll like this week's contribution from Linzie Hunter.
