Slazenger concept

Not exactly an awe-inspiring design, been tearing my hair out on this one.
Any suggestions to make it better or is it a start-again jobbie ?

Any nice sporting links appreciated aswell.

Cheers.

1. left paragraph is way to wide. the line height could be increased

2. why not use green or pale red (grass/clay)

3. us open to big

4. the brand slazanger to me says outdoor, active, possibilities, hope. the blue strikes all of this off. blue to cold and reminds me of water.

5. not fussy on grey links

6. duotones are way to dark

7.

I actually like it. I think the photos would be better with their normal colouring but apart from that it's a good start.

The bottom half looks like you got bored halfway but I guess you rushed that for the site check.

Cricket's just got one 't' btw

I'd like to point out that clay is grey (unless it's been burned).
...so I did...

Tennis is a boring sport to me... I liked that guy that used to be a pro tennis player, and he brought some actual fun to the sport by being crazy! His name seems to slip my mind though..

Oh yeah, I like the site. IMO, I think it'd be cool if you made the cheetah's head the same color as the tennis ball... :P

The racket in the picture on the far right is made by dunlop, not slazenger. What's that about then?
