its arite. The sliding arrow behind the menu buttons is a nice touch and the colour sheme is nice.

Reasonable start. Back of the arrow on the flash menu overlaps your rounded edge, need to sort that out. The Demo text on the home page looks a little lost/disjointed from the rest of the layout, in fact the spacing / type consideration overall needs more work. The spacing around the main menu, body text and logo for example. Also pretty evident if you look at the photo section. Just look from the top left hand corner down the page and you can see/feel the problems with alignment and spacing.

Be easier to judge once there is more content on board. Is the layout even designed yet?
