Please check out my personal site, and just tell me what you think in terms of design. I know there is virtually nothing in terms of content, but just your thoughts on the design would be helpful. Cheers, and Happy Christmas.

In my opinion your 45 degree lines are too harsh and prominent. Try making them a lighter shade.

From what you've got there, it's not bad overall.

He did say something useful, just in a rather sarcastic way (pretty common here).

No need to get defensive. His point about the blurring is valid - it's ineffective and it looks shit.

As for the design itself, it looks unfinished.

Most websites gain their personality in little aesthetic touches. Keep working on it and let us see it when it's a little more developed.

Sorry, I don't deal with 'critique' very well at all, bit of a bad idea to even post in a section such as this then eh? - that focussecuritysolutions server is mine and i did the site - i give pat free space up there.
- I havent tested the site in any other browsers as of yet apart from ie6, so thanks for pointing out that overlapping thing.
