My site komodomedia.com

Hey there,

Here is my site. I would greatly appreciate advice. It is pretty broken. All that really works is the homepage, contact me, and about page( partially ). Basically Im just looking for design advice. Here she is:

http://www.komodomedia.com

Thanks again, If you have a site that you would like me to give advice on or just plain look at, leave it in the comments you have and I'd love to check yours out too.

Nice.
The hover in the music section renders the text unreadable, try another color for background

Thanks guys

So as for the frame rate Alakska-Design, I have it set at 12, do you think dropping it by half to 6 would do the trick. I have somewhat noticed it in the past, but It's good to know from someone out there in the "real" world whats going on.

As for the music section emilpaun, I had no idea. Thanks soo much.

no, try 32.. especially if you're expecting mac users to look at your site. The only frame rate that runs properly is 32 on mac. Another bug from Macromedia <3

Always thought 24 would do - international film standard after all.

Flash is shit on macs.

Frame Rate

Yeah, I agree with the StickMan. 24 is film rate. So, I say at most that 24 is good. So I take it that 6 would just look like poo poo and all choppy n shiz. Thats cool, tell ya what. I'm gonna go right now and adjust the frame rate. Let me know what y'all think.

Here's that link again: http://www.komodomedia.com

And as for that music section with the background color. I am actually setting color: #ffffff; in the css on the hover state for those. So its not the background color issue, especially if you notice the text on the bottom. Has anyone else had a similar issue with CSS? I think it may be the quotes around the title.

I like that site dude, header still seems a little jerky though. Great use of colour.

Thanks mate!

32 sounds too high, but it's the only frame rate that works properly on Mac. It's a bug.. so it means you have to make your flash movies twice as long to get the speed you actually want, otherwise you're all right.. it's TOO fast

32 fps on komodomedia.com

Ok, all good and dandy. I'm going with the advice here. Immediately after this post, I'm gonna export it to 32fps. On my mac ( PowerBook G4 17 ) it already looks nice and is smooth. Lemme know how it looks on yours, especially you have a Mac ( but PeeCee ) is good too. Aight, thanks boyz.
