haven,t checked the forum in a while. eof, i compared your site to 391.org beacause your site does look like an exquisite corpse: the randomness is amusing but offers no functionalist aspect. 391.org are in no way functionalist, in fact pragmatic sense goes against the dada estethic, but they manage to have an interesting site. i'm not quite sure why you were asking for a critique. my comment was sarcastic but this beeing a british site one would think you would comprehend not to take these too seriously. besides the sarcasm, i did have a point that i was trying to get accross. your design is based on ironic gadgets that blur the line between a 12year old using front page in his parents basement with fratboy coding skills. they lack credibility or actual comprehension of what makes an actual good design. --------------------------------

That pattern you've choosen on right hand side of banner is awful! You cant add some trendhore stuff to your site and expect it to be all cushy. Brings to mind my old tutors favourite saying "Its like polishing a turd" |

It isn't a pattern that I picked it is actually in the photograph....the photo changes every day and that particular photo won't make the rotation it is just something I threw in. Just trying to get this turd better...I don't need it to be the best site in the world. Just good enough to be ok..... |

Thank you for your constructive criticism. This seems to be rare on this board... |
