Compromise Connection

Aloha!

What are your thoughts on http://www.compromise-connection.nl/nieuw

There is still dummy text and not everything is ready.
Also the flash needs a preloader.
They wanted a clean look, they are happy with it.
Now can you let me know what you think?

Works fine in IE and Firefox, having some small things in IE 5.5 which i need to fix.

Tim

nice xhtml build. your javascript menu is not the best idea - turn off javascript and you can't view anything in that scetion ata ll which is bad - search engines will not follow that link.

i'd ditch the javascript scroller on the main content too - why not just have a scrolling div?

not sure your text sizer is worth it - it increases the font size by very little and anyone who want to view a larger text will usually know how to do it themselves without the use of something like that. i feel text sizers on pages are more of a gimic / hangover from older browsers which didn't re-size text as efficiently as modern ones.

Why turn javascript off? You can't do anything anymore if you turn it off, atleast, thats my opnion.

A scrolling div i don't like, in IE you can color the scrollbar, Firefox can't handle that so i think it doesn't look that nice to have gray scrollbar there.

True words about the text-sizer, i'm gonna use it, but... i make the font-size somewhat larger.

Thanks for taking the time to look at it.
