I found myself agreeing with everything japanmik said in his last comment.

I'm off for a lie down.

made me laugh anyway.

as far as the SKILLSINDEX goes...dood, sort out your code! it can be cut in half at least - you're using <font> tags all over the place. take a look at CSS.

http://hotwired.lycos.com/webmonkey/...tutorial1.html

it'll only take an hour or so to work through and it'll help you out a lot.

apart from that, echo the comment about it looking like a list on the entry page.

maybe study/search through other directory sites and see how they approach it.

apolgies to all, didnt mean to insult, offend or ruffle any developer/designer feathers....frustration is a bastard when tired, sorry. (humble pie taste shit cold)

im off to study 'css'

as you may have worked out i am not a website designer or developer at all. but i am trying to learn............why that doesnt wash with some people baffles me? every one has to start somewhere.

i will post my website again for the overtly critical to rip to pieces again when i have made some dramatic improvements......

keep visiting.........

ps. i didn't want to read all that sh*t on the entry page. i wanted to know what was going on. took me ages to find your link the the 'content'. bring it up, make it more obvious. can't be bothered to resize my screen but i'm guessing that people visiting will not see a link with smaller screen resolutions.

possilby get your links accross before you state that: 'There will be no pornography on this site.' dunnow, maybe that's just me... why not change it to:

'There's probably not going to be any pornography on this site, but you never know.' keeps us coming.

(coming back that is, as in, like, physical (sort of) visitors to the site. is this hole too big to get out of yet?)

definately too big!

Ah the humble pie! Well that's a start - yeah we all have to start somewhere! But we all take criticism (whether constructive or destructive) over some of our designs and both sorts can help us learn!

So get learning - a lot!
