website designer/engineer

Remember how a guy a few years ago wanted to buy a heater but coudn't find a site suitable? Then he got his IT mate to help him build a site now they are rich?
I have an idea. I have wanted to find certain information on the web a few times over the last few years - to no avail.
I can obtain what I need if I pay for it, but it is only one item and not the thousand of others that i need information on.
The website that I want to create involves a select portion of NewZealand companies. There is a massive incentive for these companies to register and also a government agency. It is in thier best interest to be involved.
It is a website for all NewZealanders and is free to browse - there is even finacial rewards for thier contribution.
For those who wish to register their interest on the site, there is a fee. This includes the companies and government noted above.
This site works also as a public service and will attract media attention to promote the site.
I see massive growth developed by this site with a potential of 1000's of well established companies eager to use this service.

Please note:
This is not an auction site. It does not sell products. It does not give advise and it is not a forum. It does not give reward points, it gives cash. It will attract all types of New Zealanders to recieve the rewards offered.

It serves a purpose that is crucial and I would imagine the service would see itself in evidence either in prosecution/defence in court giving even more media coverage.

I have a storyboard like plan on paper so I know how i want it to work. I have no money - but I have plenty of time on hand to do the legwork to get this up and running.

Who I am looking for is like the guy from trademe found.

Enthusiastic. Innovative. Able to design the website from the floor up. Would be able to add features as the site takes off as we need them. Would know how to solve all website issues that arise.

This person, as a shareholder, would obtain 32% of the company in return for confidentiality, financial input, time to produce the site and would be the companies IT guru.

This is top secret and no - I will not give away what could be concidered intellectual property or even a hint of the site.

What I do want is someone in Auckland. Honest and reliable. This person will give me information on themself and how they think they will fit into the plan of attack.

An email address would be appreciated(if thats allowed on this site) so that I can contact directly the person who we feel fits the bill

I look forward to hearing from you.

Paul

Nope.

And this vaguely belongs in employment forum, not showcase as you're not showing anything.

And do expect a negative response, most people here expect to be paid when they do work, and aren't interested in owning any business except their own. But who knows.

People would take your proposal more seriously if you'd bothered to spell check it too I imagine.

Key elements seem very odd.

Are you're expecting people to pay you to work for you, for something that may or may not be a success?

I was not and I do not work in an open office environment.
I just felt responsible for people who might be in that situation
