I'm not a great fan of that hand drawn type, although I agree with CM, it does help with the non-corporate feel of the site.

The left hand column is wider on the homepage than it is on the other pages.

I also think you should line up the paragraphs in the footer to the grid like this:

Honestly, it might just be me, but I don't necesarily like the left-align. It just looks funky to me. And the div seems really thin. Again, just a personal preference.. but it makes me uncomfortable.
