A few points:
- too much space above nav
- animated header, but no rollover-effects on nav - I expected that
- header is ok but would be cooler without animation (just my opinion though)
- header is too tall
- title/logo should be further to the right to balance the picture
- backdrop is cool, but maybe not in combination with the high-contrast crisp borders
- why is the menu on the right lined up with the text on the left? Looks weird.
- Are there supposed to be dots above the nav & heading letters? Also, there are some heavy JPEG artifacts in the text heading.
- The text content area is stacked on the main content area, which is stacked on the background... My fear of heights is playing up

Just MHO anyway.
