Gaming Hybrid, need opinions

Very quickly from me:
The grey text on grey background is difficult to read.
Text size is ok small - that's the style, but it should be flexible for resizing.
Not sure why page width is fixed - your content would be better allowed to fit size fo screen.
I don't like splash screens
Intro text (top of right hand column) is difficult to read
Why do you have Navigation listings that don't have links on them?
Finally - the navigation on the left is too long and the 2 coiloumn thing is quite irritating. I would change this to 1 column and mirror it in drop down menus at pgae top.

You've got this <%@LANGUAGE="VBSCRIPT" CODEPAGE="1252"%> showing up in the top left corner (firefox). Also the 'welcome' image with all the text - I would make the text black or dark gray without the outlines.

The font for the navigation isn't that great, i would make it smaller and all caps (but that is just me).

I like the text menu on the side and the content area, the gray colors look good there.
