Help me pick one please

I'm finishing a roll-up banner and I'm not sure which version (images attached) to choose.
In the desaturated version (1) i think the concept stands out a bit more, but I'm not sure about the colours...

Your input is most welcome...

not sure about the white text in the vertical middle, .. maybe that needs more work.

Thanks. I removed the trailing dots and centered the tagline. The italics might not improve legibility but it adds to the explanatory character.

why not have a monochromatic channel mixer layer above the normal colour photo and set opactiy to around 30%
