Okay. Do not make yourself a portfolio. It's okay to test and practice your web design skills, but please don't make a serious portfolio to show people your work—you are not there yet. The look, is not NOT appealing. You rave random gradients just floating, and no structure to your website. You should have a containing div. If you'd like a simple xhtml+css blank template to see, pm me, I'll show you the one i always start with. Why in god's name do you need 3 stat counters? You probably have 5 unique visitors at this point. Sitemap seems excessive for a 2 page site. Oh and your footer is not aligned. I dunno, keep at it if you enjoy it. |

Thanks a lot staydecent for your opinion . i will follow your opinion and will shut down my site now so as to focus more on better content and site. I really appreciate your constructive criticism and i hope one day i will launch a better site with better content. Always yours, chroma-pixel |

I am not saying you have to shut it down. I was just making sure you weren't going after clients or anything like that. I would say just keep working at it. Change it 100 times and try new things. That's how i taught myself web design. Just constantly evolving your personal site. I'd say keep at it, and keep asking peoples opinions. |

i got to peep your chroma pixelness earlier and i agree with staydecent. definitely not client-ready. but, i assume/hope a portfolio site was just your practice of choice. either way, i also agree that you didnt have to shut it down. you posted it on the forum to have it critiqued, but how is that possible now? try not to be so sensitive about feedback and instead learn from it. always and forever yours, itaaa |
