Looks good.

However, you should probably change the close button on the demo reel. It looks bad.

Why not a volume slider that doubles as a mute (like what people are used to, from youtube, dailymotion, metacafe, etc.) instead of the audio visualization? It would also be less distracting.

Nice looking site. The type on the preloader "welcome to.." needs a change, I wasnt expecting much after i saw that. But it was great overall.
