Personal Webpage review ? :D

Hullo fellow webbutchers. :P

I'd like you to review the "design" for my new and revamped website here :
wretrovian.freehostia.com

I'd shifted from a completely flash based interface to ... well, you get the idea.

Thanks.

1. Dark is a color theme. :/
2. I'm NOT using tables.
3. Nevermind. :|

He means this (there are more examples):

HTML Code:
<div id="ibar"> <table align="center" cellpadding="5" cellspacing="0" width="100%"> <tbody><tr> <td align="left" valign="center"> Ramnique Singh | wretrovian </td> <td align="right" valign="center"> Sunday, 13 July</td> </tr> </tbody></table> </div>

i come to a conclusion in the years of web design. Been over 6 years now, since i do it as a hobby. And i would say if some one can do it well with table and dose not know much CSS rules to create everything he likes with containers, then it's all good. dose not have to be xhtml 4+ valid. Just look decent.

One thing that bothers me is the frame for the blog. And the scroll bar.
