Well here's the invitations to go along with the poster.

Be printed on either Hello Silk or something that has a nice feel to it. Would like to use Plike or Skin but doubt budget would allow for that.

Looks ok mate, maybe make the 'Opening Times' text a little darker?

just realised that's an out of date PDF.
On the updated one I've got the opening times in darker text and it's also separated from the times just to give them a bit of room to shine.

only point i would make is personally, i didn't read it as: design. fine art.

i read: design fine art.

Now then. Make all your leading the same as the dates text block. Make the light grey text a bit darker.

Yeah and what Gooder said an' all. Make it 'design / fine art' or 'design & fine art'.

Literally just mean Dual coated lol ( as in for high quality art both sides )

As I think that red will look great on it.

still not sure. Sorry i'm still learning all the print lingo. You got a stock name i could use as an example. or something i can compare it to?

Mmm, looks a bit too tight now. Space it out a bit, but keep consistent. Keep the address block the same as well.

Ok here is what i would have :

UPM FINE
OFFSET
300GSM

IMO that feels the best.
