Well, you've used a grid (sort of) - and there are always moans and groans at the beginning of each month that 'grids' as a poster topic never wins. And you don't need it as a topic if you love grids, just go ahead and.... actually I'm boring myself now.

yeah true, see what you mean now, i didn't really use a proper grid... though I suspect if i did the whole thing would look a bit tighter...

Not the greatest entry I know, I'm just an amateur here but I thought I'd have a go anyways, caus anything that is practice is worth the time for me lol

Since remaking my whole poster from scratch after I lost it yesterday, I've changed more or less everything and I'm much happier with it.

Nice composition Paddy, but the heart is obscuring the "DCFC" (I think that's what it is) a bit too much. Liking the colours. Did you draw the heart yourself?

I did not. I'm no illustrator unfortunately. I was concerned about obscuring the DCFC but the heart seemed to lose it's impact when it was any smaller. I'm sure I'll be allowed to update my entry slightly, so I might a have a toy with the sizes.

Thanks!
