Looks good, I like it. I think if you increase the text size on everything after the navigation and also make the pictures/steps bigger, it would be better.

Why are there quotes around "a one-stop shop for your business Internet web site"? It doesn't need quotes, since it isn't quoting anyone.

I think it should be assumed that web sites are on the internet.

The space above and below that header should be the same as the space between it and the left.

Space the 1, 2, 3 thing with icons farther from the paragraph, so the distance from the 3 one is the same distance as the paragraph from the left side.

Why is the paragraph an image instead of text?

You shouldn't use tables for layouts. You should learn how to create pure CSS layouts. Use tables for tabular data only.

I don't think you need all of the space between the green rounded corner box and the footer on the home page.

Also—I don't know if you are already planning on adding this later—you should add keywords and a description to the page to make it more SEO-friendly.

The text in the navigation is a little bit too high up. Move it down two pixels or so.

Don't increase the size of everything arbitrarily. Experiment with it to see what looks and works best.

Overall, it has some potential. However, you can still tweak it a lot. I hope this helps.
