I think the logo relies on people understanding the negative space concept. It just looks like an odd C. I'd bet 90% of people involved in the construction (or deconstruction) business would see it that way aswell.

I'm not trying to be smart, but how about only 'EC' with a golden halo over it? - Or if saints has to be there, just make that part more dim.

I expect you're not in the demand for angelwings and clouds n' shit..

Or "WordArt" the saints part into a halo, (...) somehow tastefully.

No sense? It's a rough graphic suggestion of a diassected building. Kinda like an exploded diagram of a stylised building.
