I like the site. I'm not a huge fan of the logo. Could be thicker. Just an opinion though.

the nav and logo are not carrying enough weight in the composition of your site. if you change the font color of the logo text, and the entire nav, to black the logo and nav will seat themselves more securely into the site and everything should balance out. try it.

I love it.

I'll nit-pick. There lots of space from the top of the page to the main content on the home page, you could tighten up your white space around that fading banner, otherwise, bravo.

looks nice, but the header seems a little big.

you have to scroll way too far till you get to the content in my opinion.
