It's very nice, Forbes. Not overly keen on the logo and not really my choice of music (I'd maybe go for something a little more ambient/easy going) - but that's personal choice.

5 weeks well spent my friend.

Also, where did you get the player skin for the show reel? Custom made or sourced?

Thank you forbes. I know how much time it takes to research and find decent material so I very much appreciate it.

The schnuts mate. I love the way the background stays fixed and the site(and content) scrolls...it's the simpler things...nice touch.

Small suggestion but rather than just linking to linking to google maps, use the api and embed the map in your page. Not hard but way more professional imo.

Good work by the way.

5 weeks. Wow. does that include the flash? It better have the dogs bollocks content management tool if it doesn't. Not saying I don't like it, quite the contrary, but I'd never get five weeks for a CSS site, 5 days maybe.

edit or what mik said :p

Well I think it's damn good. Really impressed with the speed of streaming - that home page video just goes on forever!

Good stuff mate.

Looks great, I agree with the music being too hyperactive, but hey, it wasn't your decision :] I especially like the colour scheme, good on the eyes!

Oh yeah the music - I actually had the sound turned off and was listening to Muse at the time and that worked really well!

Wow Damask overkill!

nice design, 5 weeks is a SHORT time for the design and code of an internal project, people here have no idea.

I'm not sold on the fixed background, I think it should scroll.

Also the main video has no text, so it says nothing about the company - there's no instant message when I come to the site. Would be nice to overlay some text on that video (maybe in flash, so you don't have to render it out again?) that describes the company and it's service.

Otherwise it's just a collection of videos with no context.

lastly, the logo should link to your top page from the other pages, as people use logos for this type of navigation all the time.

cheers for the comments everyone.

it took 5 weeks because ive never come across such a huge amount of ie6 bugs, mainly caused by the navigation which are images and the sub-level navigation which appears when you hover over 'work' and 'clients'

secondly, the guys in the office kept coming back with image changes, video changes, text changes over and over again. in fact i have a list of changes to make to the text to do this morning

i agree the music and showreel is a tad dodgy but this aint my forte...

hawken - well spotted on the logo thing, il make it a link.

cheers

wow you used images for all the titles. did you consider using sIFR? how about plugging this into a cms so it can be more easily updated?

I do like your font selection (is that DIN?) and overall I think it's a job well done.
