The top navigation didn't stand out enough to me first glance. My eye moved all around the page before I found it. Consider separating the words from the header image with more contrast, possibly some grid lines. The rest doesn't look too bad, though I don't care for the colour scheme. |

cool thanks - i had a bar behind the nav, but client asked to integrate it into the header - im gonna advise them to change back i dont like the colours myself :-S anyone got good tips on picking colour schemes! |

If the skyline was a bit less blurred, and the wineglass a bit more blurred (both within the limits of clearly recognizing them as what they are) that could help. - Ontop of that, keeping the white titletext as un-blurred as possible. Not sure what right or basis I have to suggest this, but it seemed so apparent watching Your samples. I don't think it looks bad now either, so don't get me wrong. -

I like the new background colour, there are too many images all in the center, it brings your eye straight to the middle of the page, makes it look clutered. Stop spamming your link. You don't have a signature for a reason. Last edited by pgo : 29-05-2008 at 10:27. |
