latest site to go live, critic please?
Alright chaps. My latest site development has gone live, I didn't do the design but feel free to critic that and the code. I have tested it in several browsers, but if you notice any problems in yours, take a screenshot as it will help me to fix it. Link Cheers |

no so sure about the left-most headers in the layout.. don't know whether it is by design or safari rendering... but they look a bit out of place compared to the rest of the text. anti social marketing

Nah, it's a fair enough comment. I take it you feel it would look better if the left side of the header for the navigation lined up with the left side of the navigation links? |

Seconded. Although you're going to need a way of differentiating between the parent category and the page title. |

do gooder you crack me up with your one liners. Site looks nice freebie. Like the orange white scheme. Agree with the header bit. Looks like a mistake to me. I come at it from a purely design side. Code means nothing to me. If your colours are starting to run, let them all run, run away from you. Flux - Bloc Party

It looks fairly solid on most of the pages but i have to say on the front page there is not really any clear hierarchy to be found anywhere and i am kind of lost for where to look at as there are so many fields of different things and i dont really know where to start at. I'm guessing that there are some pages that are going to be accessed first by incoming clients and i think that it would make a lot more sense if those were advertised more than the other ones. Maybe make the more popular options bigger or something, of course if the clients want to advertise everything in the same sense then it doesn't matter, it just seems as if when you go to the site for the most common purpose it might not be too easy to see. I'm also not quite sure if pictures for the links are necesary, nothing big but I get people whining about it if it's not obvious why it's needed. All in all it looks very solid, what the client would expect i hope =P ![]() |
