Your website is quite annoying; in the sense that there's a lot of fading and wait time going on before you can click on your work. Despire this, it is quite a solid design, well it would be..if it weren't made entirely with flash; which isn't so accessible in todays world.

Just a note, I read the title as 'im' rather than 'i'm' / 'i am' everytime I saw it. But I'm a grammar pedant.

I'd get rid of the intro and combine the portfolio descriptions with the images. so that people don't have to click twice to view your work.

I think you're off too a good start, as someone else also noted, it took me a moment to realize you were writing "I am" or meaning that, and rather thought the words began with "im"... a moment of confusion there. I like the concept though, similiar to the (RED) AIDs relief concept, where they print stuff like inspi(red), ado(red), etc... Also took me a couple seconds (and maybe I'm just slow) to see that your last name sideways with the slash above were representing an "i". Once I got it though, I think it's quite clever!

Nice work, bad website to showcase it.

Ditch the intro - it's gash.

I'd try getting rid of the flash and really focusing on your work. Keep the UI as simple as possible (as someone else already said - two clicks to get to see a photograph and another click each time to see the next?) and all photography for one project on one page (people do know how to scroll), and go from there.

The lack of apostrophe in your logo annoys the fuck out of me. Some of the work is nice enough though.
