What are your thoughts on my website design?

On the CONTACT page, on the form, it asks:

Are you human?

then there is a blank text box but no captcha picture, so I typed

"maybe"

As far as the design goes, the top image and header are far too big. I had to scroll to get to even the first headline. Consider revising the height of that big yellow box. Also - don't use the OUTER GLOW filter so much on your large text in that box.
