It's nice, very inviting. However useless if the people can't contact you. The contact link is not working on most of the pages.

I like the look.

My only suggestion is to find a way not to make those tags (website, and logo design) cover the text near them which make it hard to read.

Overall, good job!

The footer contact link links to an HTML file, not a PHP file, like it should.

Looks decent.

The tags hang over the text, which is quite irritating.

Also, the side of Recent Work doesn't align to the dashed lines separating each piece of work.

I agree. They look like price tags anyways. Don't really fit the situation. And they make your design very fragile. Since your site may render differently depending on the browser, those tags may obstruct the text on the left. In fact they do just that in safari, twice. And they're about the only thing on the site that has a drop shadow, which in some way makes them look out of place.

Other then that I love your site

Nice,

The back to top link should take you right back to the top, not just to the top heading.

The links at the top of the page should have some sort of rollover feedback when I touch them, especially since they're all on weird angles.

I like the colour scheme, although, on the contact page the 'tips' are very faint. Maybe make them darker?

Looks nice, but none of your links use hover effects. One of the most important things of usability!

I was really expecting a mouseover effect on the header links...but nothing!

I'm just being picky now but your font in the text area on the contact form is not styled like the two input boxes above.

Aside from that it's a fantastic design and uses colours I'd never really think of adopting - it's a great portfolio.

No excuse for incorrect spelling. Especially on your own website.

I really like the overall feel, design and layout. However, you do have a few outstanding issues.
  1. Some of your 'tags' cover up text.
  2. The testimonials don't come up to me as client quotes when scanning. They should be italicized or "quoted". This is just nitpicking on my end, though.
  3. Contrast is definitely too low on your link colors.
  4. A quicknav at the bottom of the page would come in handy. I noticed you had some key links, but it's lacking the 'Notebook' and 'Home' options.
Overall, it's very nice. There's a tiny bit of polishing and accessibility work to do, but it's looking good!
