I'm not a fan of the right-hand navigation, it just seems out of place to me. Also not really loving your logo "tonygines." There's just not enough difference between the tony and the gines, besides the fact that it's just a font in 2 colours, and not really a logo. It doesn't stand out enough at the top of the page to me.

Other than those I really like the little green banners on your screenshots that say "web design" and the yellow one that says "artwork." You have definitely perfected your glossy and gradient effects.

Thanks for the critique and the comments. Really helpful. I actually feel the same way and have been deciding whether or not to redesign the site. I'm leaning more towards a redesign now.
