Presentation of an Ambient Ad

Hi ya'll.

So I've shown this ad before; now I'm trying to present it in a way that makes it aesthetically pleasing and as-easy-as-possible to understand. I have two different options. Please let me know what you think; feel free to make suggestions! THe most important thing is making it easily understandable so people viewing my profile won't need a first hand explanation to 'get it.'

With grey directional shape:

I really like the ad, but i'm not digging the layout too much buddy.
First as last i definately ditch the one with the grey boxes, its makes it all too confusing.

For me i don't think the layout does it justice, your eyes just doesn't know where to look? My suggestion, would be a big image (the inside shot pic 3 from the right) on the left at the top- giving the whole piece a focus. And then smaller shots staked on the right. I'd then run typography underneath (probably 2/3 across if line lengths are too long) and then logo bottom right. Also I'd be a bit softer with the type, maybe a grey... at the moment its a bit imposing.

I think this way reading from left to right and top to bottom, your eye doesn't have to work too much cause the layout dictates it all for you.

Obviously this is just my humble opinion and i could be speaking absolute bollocks! Good luck, I like the execution of the actual piece though, where was it?

Sorry but I don't really like it!.... Perhaps as a presentation for somewhere but not as an advert - it looks more like a comic strip! Also, the grey 'directional' shapes don't work...
