wow, why don't you finish the site before posting it? I only see shapes and a ugly picture. Anyway, so far too clumsy. Looks like a fat man, make him thinner. Also the logo/picture with the plane is just awful, might wanna keep that part simple and place different. try with that |

I believe width is just a personal opinion. "wanna keep that part simple and place different" What are you on about? I didn't understand that. And the style will edge towards the "comic" style for a band. Hence the cartoon explosion. |

Very difficult to comment on what you've done so far, I certainly wouldn't show clients anything like this at it's current stage. If it's part of the planning stage then fine, but don't plug anything that isn't remotely finished... unless that is it!?? Also, the colours are bland... is the band bland? What type of music do they play? What is the audience like? These are the very basics of things to consider. You should post again when you're nearly completion. |

If this band actually intends to go somewhere, they really don't want to harp on the 'comical' factor of it. Make it look professional but cool at the same time, check these sites out for inspiration: The Secrets Of Grunge Design | Design Showcase | Smashing Magazine Also as a rule of thumb, add a decent amount of content to your site before you actually call it one. twitter.com/rglover
