Buttons are so 5 mins ago. Tabs with arrows are so much cooler. Like on your Auto Bitt site.
Also, they shouldn't have noise in them. Too much.

Is it just me, or are those hands poor res? And that huge cursor doesn't look as 3d as it looks like a poor cutout job.

I think a generic footer to match your header would add a bit of meat to the page and balance it better.

The "Websites worth a billion clicks" div should disappear or be shrunk and replaced with something page specific.

Overall I love it. I love the noise on the header image. It makes that gradient look so much more interesting and your portfolio is fucking ridiculously good. Like... wow. Really... Nice... *drools*

Your portfolio definitely needs some work though.

Edit: Oh, and I dunno what that typography stuff everyone's complaining about is.
