I personally like the mood that the site carries, but the spelling.... come on. You can't be serious with this. I'm from Bulgaria and have better knowledge of English than you do? Unbelievable.

Design wise it's fine (except the apple and the rule at bottom), but I agree with the above that the writing in unprofessional. It needs to be more of a wikipedia tone, or at least weird. Right now it seems too conversational. Do resume pages need copywrite info?

The whole "read more" thing - is not good. Clients and HR people want to see everything all at once and make a decision quickly. Making them navigate around is confusing and the frustration alone will deter them.
