I first looked at this and saw top right, but then I tried to visualize it in a layout and it didn't work for me. I'd say bottom right though.

Top right is the most original... the other ones are too plain.

top right makes it look like Hic Glo.

I like how bottom right is squished together, and depending on where you're putting the graphic (which is everywhere), it could be best to have it all on one plane.
