I'm no expert, but it looks way too plain to me.

How about some colour?

A bit plain, and to be honest I would make the cocktail names stand out more than their ingredients, just swap over the formatting. Afterall the ingredients will be the longest so makes sense to make it the smallest, as they are going to be ordering using the cocktail name.

Still is a bit plain, perhaps you could include photography of a really well made example of each cocktail. It's hard to tell what food/drink will be nicest without a picture, that's what annoys me in restaurants.

God right bad cotton mouth, now I want a sprite! ARRRRRRGH.

thank you. i am substituting the pictures with some white textured paper. i agree with the plainness but i was trying to deviate from ur normal menus, trying to go with the less is more approach

1. any chance to change font for "sodas etc headers" ?
it doesn't match with bauhaus

2. Cocktails - C (cap.)
beers - b (small)
why ?

3. vertical margins
sodas vs Passion fruit
Cocktails vs Bangkok Ice Tea

4. Bangkok Ice Tea
Bac-
ardi
(not nice)
