lol I know the name is silly but I don't question people's incentives.
problem with this site is , that I know nothing about the company other than what the name implies... so kind of electricity business ...the more i try to ask about it the less they tell me, lol anyway it's supposed to be low budget and I'm sure it looks outdated to most, but the customer likes it and that's bottom line I guess.

is it just me. or is the name is of this company of questionable taste, given what Katrina did.

kind of like calling a demolition company in the big apple 'nine eleven'

believe me I laffed a little inside when I heard the name, and yeah it's beyond tasteful, this type of pseudo patriotism like business opportunists churn my stomach...but after all he is a paying customer

the company slogan off the the right appears kind of out of place perhaps you could try moving it to the left slightly.

also i personally think there is too much space between the header and the line of the articles.

im going to ignore the name as that can be changed without much effort but how does orange and black relate to a hurricane?

Other than the obvious, i like the hurricane spinning thing. I think the orange in the header could be done a little bit better, like maybe not so obnoxious?

The type and the layout of the bottom kinda feels just... uninspired i guess?

I have no knowledge of what content they will put up there, I really had nothing to go with so I made it a simple generic one...again all I had to go with was this silly name.

But yeah I guess that orange does come off as a bit arrogant
