Hey pretty, neat site, nice and easy!

i would suggest you move/or put the phone number at the top as well, perhaps the bottom too - standard footer/header contact details kind of thing.

I also say move - because I always find the whole "toll free blah blah blah" in pretty colours a little cheesy and unprofessional.

Fix the aliasing on the cube, its jaggered - perhaps incorporate the colour scheme more into the cube. Im guessing the cube is meant to represent some form of "building", perhaps emblesh this more? - put the missing brick on the outside or something.

Perhaps it would be better to put a 'mini-newsletter' feed where the contact is and the contact us at the top. I always like to have the contact page on a seperate page.

The white titles for "contact us" and "montessori jobs" doesn't really work with the background, its a little hard to read, more contrast would be nice. Espeically if someone wants to write a longer message, your message box is quite small.

Just curious how come MontessoriJobs and montessori marketing don't share the same blue for the logos?

Visual wise - pretty damn good! If I was to add anything I would say watch your lighting, yo have the light green behind the cube and then the light backing for contact us and montessorijobs. I dont think its balanced very well. My eye is distracted from the top menu & logo.

Also I think if you could add some texture somewhere it would really bring it to the next level. Keep the same style but add some texture e.g. grass, clouds something.

Anyway regardless its pretty good as is! And you really don't need to do much more, just some tweaking.

It's not too bad - quite like the colour and layout but much like the rest it needs a host of small tweaks to get it too work - your typography ain't great - the alignment of titles and sub titles is inconsistent - the leading/kerning isn't handsome either. Your grid is a little skew too - lot's of mis alignment, causing lumps and bumps. And the orange part of your cube motifs perspective is off to my eye.

+ m o n t e s s o r i - m a r k e t i n g under the logo looks v.shabby.

The yellow corner of your cube is messed up. The colors are in the wrong place. Your light source appears to be above and in front of the cube.

Try making the left piece of the yellow cube the dark color, the right piece the middle color, and the bottom piece the lightest.

Also lower the contrast between those three values.

It's because goMontessori and Montessori Jobs are two different services, I'm going to revamp MJ once i have a chance

Great idea with the missing piece to the cube. oh and that little cube is a recognizable montessori classroom material, similar to the "pink tower" neither of which helps non montessori people grasp what the heck they are. but montessori people love it.

Thanks for all the advice, I am struggling with this design as is and I want to re lay it out on a better grid, I just hope I can pull it off. this site is kind of a rush job and I have about 3 days to finish the whole thing
