Hello all...hope I am welcome!

Hi,
I'm a designer from the UK and am looking to join your community, to get some expert advice and hopefully pass on some of my own!

I have a simple but effective web page if you would like to see some of my conceptual uni work, but I have an illustration I have recently completed for the design agency I work for to illustrate them moving from one office to another! Let me know your thoughts!

John

Welcome to DT! Some handsome work on your place-holder site. I especially liked the Nintendo ads, clever concept.
The Celebrate.jpg is a bit "vector cliché", but you already knew that. Looks clean enough and gets the job done.

Thanks for the comments, we made the illustration as clear as possible to show our new journey into a new office, bit of a cliche but it works i feel.

It was 7:59 where I am (Finland is two hours east of Scotland), but I was up at six anyway. Had coffee, read the paper, attended to my "toilette" and sat down for another 16 hour surf session.
Working on three new fonts too, which helps pass the time.

Its nice but its a style thats be done a lot. The only problem with it are the two 3d houses they dont sit very well for me. Parts of your portfolio are very interesting, it would be nice to see some close ups of the Puma work.

Thanks for the feedback guys, much appreciated!

Here are a few of the puma designs. The story behind them is...Puma came into our Uni and set a brief for us to choose a subject that they sponsor and then create a range of t-shirts for that subject, I chose football and here are some of my designs:
