Looks good...i'd suggest a lighter font for the menu and space out the elements a bit more. Also increase the line spacing and the margins to better deliniate sections and reduce the intensity of that big block of text. |

The tag line isn't supposed to have a meaning, I just think it's a fun tag line A lighter font for the menu? What do you mean with lighter font? I will try to increase the line spacing in the Lorem ipsum block. (FIXED) I will try to add more space between the menu items. (FIXED) |

The font size is far too small, I honestly think "Fuck reading that", and not because it is gibberish, but it is too much effort to screw up my eyes to even make it out. Why the massive area of white space in the right column, does the quote box really need to be that wide? |

Background
.....is f**king awful. Forget assing about with the backgrounds and deal with the fundemental stuff...there have been some good suggestions above. Increase the font size and reduce the intensity of text with a colour change to #333333, increase the whitespace around elements within your page and justify the text (but thats just me). I'd also increase the line spacing. I'd also up the size of your menu items and more clearly define the rollover state. It feels like all the elements are shoved into the smallest space possible on the left. Headings wouldnt go astray either. MCD |
